Our client requested a full interior and exterior renovation. Breakdown of the renovation:

Updated the staircase - installed new windows - replaced the insulation, drywall, and siding - replaced plumbing and electricity - installed a new HVAC system - installed a new deck on the front and side of the house with handrails - replaced flooring and carpet - renovated the bathrooms and kitchen - installed a new roof at the front and on the new deck
